Last Monday, in full preparation for the Ministerial Conference of Francophony, during the transition from our secretary of state for the Francophonie, Mr. Bockel, we were graciously invited (respondents?) at a reception at the Residence de France ... Small cocktail Remarks by the Ambassador speech quite relaxed and pleasant Mr. Secretary of State ... and then distributing a pretty printed brochure on the occasion of the new light fittings designed to highlight some of the monuments of the capital.
The project, designed by the company Citelum and funded by our agency Development, AFD would be opened just in the transition from Mr Bockel. Indeed, the play of light, sublime cited the pretty, now visible at night, which was not previously the case.
Well, without wanting to play the killjoy, for that matter an entire ceremonial around this project, both to be careful when writing pads to avoid commercials ... say anything ... because to say that Vientiane is the capital of Laos, this is really wrong kind ...
